The Scoot & Fold Standard comes with arm rests as an optional extra, much as every other accessory for the Scoot & Fold line.
Better Panels
All Scoot & Folds, with the exception of the Scoot & Fold Eco, come with high gloss panels as standard. The Standard is available in yellow and red.
